$63.8 million or$1.05 per share compared to income of$74.3 million or$1.26 cents per share for the same period a year ago. On a GAAP basis, including non-operating charges, fourth quarter income from continuing operations was$28.9 million or$0.48 per share compared to income of$67.3 million or$1.14 per share a year ago.
